Quiana Parks captivates audiences with her passion and talent for mixing, unique mash-up classics of disco, hip-hop/r&b and electronic dance with an infusion of pop. Her victorious battle with Cancer in 2005 empowered Quiana to believe in herself despite the obstacles that came her way. Parks is defined as someone who has "always been a leader, never a follower."Quiana's well sought-after DJing skills garnered her some of NYC's most prominent brands as clients including: Dom Perignon, Puma ®, Saks Fifth Avenue, PH-d, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and more. Quiana's influential visual and music style intertwined with an independent "punkish no-holds barred" attitude has raised eyebrows, pulses and hands all from New York to Miami Beach for Art Basel. Aside from DJing, Quiana has a burning love and passion for art.
As a proud survivor of Lymphoma, Parks created DJ For A Cure ® to raise awareness to the seriousness of cancer by highlighting the world of popular DJ culture infused with the element of art.
